The Flamingo Hotel will honor "GT STRUDL Group Rate" one (1) day prior and one (1) day following scheduled conference dates, based on space and rate availability. A limited number of these rooms are available on Sunday - June 22nd and on Thursday - June 26th.
Reservations will be accepted after the cutoff date based on space availability at the prevailing room rate.

All reservations require a deposit (first night's guestroom charge + tax) at the time the reservations is made. Credit cards used for deposit will be charged immediately.
Reservations received after the cut-off-date (May 23, 2008) will only be honored on a "space available" basis at the prevailing room rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Individual attendees have the right to cancel their guestroom reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival date. For cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours, the hotel will charge the individual attendees credit card one (1) night's guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax.
Early Departure Fee: The hotel will add an early check out fee of $50.00 plus tax. To avoid an early check-out fee please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
