Mr.
Hamid Zand is a Senior Research Engineer who has been with the Georgia
Tech - CASE Center since 1978. He has been involved in the research
and development of the reinforced concrete and steel design functions of
GT STRUDL. His primary responsibility is for the development and
support of the steel design function.
